The accounts module is designed to help business owner / managers to keep an eye on their financial position, whilst remaining a simple system for recording the income and expenditure associated with the business.

Automated Billing Platform

The accounts are fully integrated and boasts a semi-automated billing platform that allows users to create sales invoices based upon work recorded within the project management.

Credit Control

The accounts system also includes a credit control system that allows users to see an aged debtor list, generate reminder emails, statements and raise late payment invoices using the "The Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998, as amended and supplemented by the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Regulations 2002" legislation.
